My Story

Candlelighters support children and their families throughout Yorkshire who are affected by childhood cancer.

In such unprecedented times, families across the UK are facing challenges like never before,but for families affected by childhood cancer whose lives have already been turned upside down, COVID-19 is making life more difficult than ever.

We are hugely proud to support Candlelighters, especially during such a difficult time.

This summer, we want to raise as much as we can for Candlelighters, as they attempt to support these families, and bring light at what is such a dark time. They face a huge financial gap because of the current situation, and we want to help plug that gap as best we can!

We have therefore launched our Summer 100 campaign. Having supported Candlelighters for just over 5 years, we have raised over £80,000, and we are determined that we will raise £100,000 by the end of the summer period.

The campaign will consist of various activities including our involvement in Candlelighter’s Pink It Up during June, and our group Skydive team too! We will also be taking part in other events and activities throughout this time.

To support this fantastic cause I will be taking part in the Skydive planned for 22nd August 2020, in return for being mad enough to agree to take part, I'm looking for sponsors which is where you can help!....
