About
In a partnership that blossomed at the start of 2021, the Dortech group have been raising money for Candlelighters through various initiatives throughout the year. Candlelighters is a charity that means a great deal to a number of our staff - who recognise the valuable work Candlelighters do to support children with cancer and their families across Yorkshire.
Our latest endeavour to raise money is through our 2K Push-up Challenge event, where the headline act will be Dortech staff members attempting to do as many press-ups as they can within 1 hour. Our very own MD James Sutherland and Steve Rodgers will be aiming (aiming being the keyword here) to complete 2000 press-ups! The event will also have a bake sale on with various foods on offer to raise further money for Candlelighters.
The event will take place on 17th December 2021 at 10:30am, with the press-up challenge starting shortly after. We will be livestreaming the entire event across our social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube. So be sure to keep your eyes peeled on the day!
